Tribeca's
Closet is the brainchild of two Eastern European gals with an astute
business sense and uncanny practicality. More importantly, it’s their
obsession with fashion that made them bond over morning coffee after
they’d drop their kiddies off at school.
Each
brings something special to the table. Magda, until very recently was
Tribeca’s beauty guru. For almost 15 years she was the face and brains
behind ULA, Tribeca’s first day spa. ULA’s catered to the
neighborhood’s very exclusive, who’s-who clientele who are now
supplying the goodies for Tribeca’ s Closet.
Tania,
on the other hand, managed to turn her compulsive shopping habits (much
to her husband’s relief) into a fully fledged business after she
discovered the wonders of ebay nearly ten years ago. She quickly said
goodbye to her corporate job and realized that she had a tremendous
gift for scoring amazing fashion finds, which she would turn around and
sell on her website, Tribeca Club Couture, to a mile-long list of
fashionista clients.
