Payments:
Tribeca’s Closet currently only accepts credit card payments through PayPal, Google checkout, and Amazon Payments.

Shipping:
Upon payment and completion of your purchase, your item(s) will be prepared for shipment immediately. Domestic packages are mailed daily via USPS Priority Mail. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance to avoid loss or damage. International packages will only be mailed via USPS International Priority Mail, or USPS International Express Mail services, which provide delivery confirmation capability.

Returns:
We make every effort to describe each item as accurately as we possibly can. Please read each item’s description carefully, review all close-up photos, and ask us any questions prior to making your purchase. With that said, if upon receipt of your package for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy guidelines below:

Please keep in mind, that unlike a retail or department store, we only tend to have one of each item, and therefore ask our customers to follow our return policy accordingly.


1. The item(s) you are returning must be mailed back within a 3-day period. The 3-day period begins on the delivery date according to www.usps.com tracking number (i.e., if according to usps your package was delivered on 1/2/08, the item you are returning is expected to be postmarked 1/5/08). PLEASE DO NOT ASK AS EXCEPTIONS WILL NOT BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IN REGARD TO THE 3-DAY TIME LIMIT.

2. All items MUST be returned in the exact condition as they were originally sent to you.

3. Since there is ONLY ONE of each item, which may result in a loss of a sale during the return process, a 10% return fee will apply to ALL PayPal/Google/Cash refunds. However, if you would prefer a store credit in lieu of a monetary refund, the 10% return fee will not be subtracted, and you will receive a credit for the full purchase amount, excluding the shipping cost.

4. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless, the item was grossly misrepresented or the wrong item was shipped
